At Sladky Family Dental, we want your experience to be as pleasant and efficient as possible. Dr. Sladky invests in the latest dental technology, and you’ll always notice new equipment being added to our office to improve your experience.

You’ll find plenty of amenities at our office, including televisions in all the treatment rooms so you can relax and enjoy your favorite program during your visit.

We believe it’s our focus on the little details that sets us apart from your typical dental office. Here is some of the equipment you may notice us using during your visit or procedure.

Digital X-rays

Digital x-rays benefit both our doctor and our patients. This important diagnostic tool allows Dr. Sladky to see what’s going on internally in your mouth for a more accurate and timely diagnosis. Digital images emit significantly less radiation and are available immediately for viewing, which means Dr. Sladky can explain your treatment needs to you right away.

Panoramic x-rays give us a full view of your entire mouth. This type of x-ray should be taken every 5 years or so in order to effectively monitor your oral health.

Intraoral Camera

This invaluable tool gives new meaning to the phrase “a picture is worth a thousand words.” Our intraoral camera allows us to capture full color images of your teeth and mouth, which are especially useful for diagnosing treatment. When you see exactly what’s happening in your mouth in full color, it’s much easier to understand why you need certain treatment procedures.

Rotary Endodontics

Rotary endodontic instruments allow Dr. Sladky to make root canal therapy more comfortable and efficient for patients. That’s right – comfortable. This is because he uses electric hand tools fabricated from nickel-titanium, which are more flexible and allow the procedure to be completed more efficiently. Most patients are pleasantly surprised at how comfortable getting a root canal can be.
